• Project Manager - Cut & Carve, Enabling Works
• Projects in central London only
• £80k to £100k plus package (DOE)

This long established specialist contractor concentrates on inner London (largely zone 1) projects, often in challenging locations and all with complex scopes of work. They work as a proincipal contractor rather than a subcontractor.

Cut & Carve, structural works/alterations, strip outs, alterations, facade retention, temp works with project values ranging from £2m to £8m.

Ideally you'll have:

1. Track record on London cut & carve/structural demolition projects
2. Experience running projects £2m + as a number one PM
