Role & Responsibilities
- Work on a variety of high-end residential mews properties and one-off apartments/penthouses, plus large apartment buildings and mixed-use schemes ranging from 1m to 40m in construction value
- Work on projects throughout all RIBA stages, deliver projects, and lead teams throughout
- Prepare and develop drawings, models and images, and other documents related to design
- Work within a small project team
- Use Revit / AutoCAD on a daily basis
- Supervise more junior team members
- Report to Associates and Directors.
Required Skills & Experience
- Qualified as an Architect with a minimum of 5 years PQE
- Be confident in leading and delivering projects in the UK
- Excellent graphic skills and 3D design ability - using InDesign, Photoshop SketchUp, and other rendering software
- Experience working on bespoke high-end properties, mews houses, apartments/hospitality/heritage projects is essential
- Must have strong design skills and high-quality bespoke detailing
- Ideally, you will have worked in a small to medium-sized practice specialising in bespoke projects
- Care and attention to detail involved in delivering the scheme or work packages
- Ideally have experience working through all RIBA stages of a small, beautifully crafted project within high-end residential
- A proficient user of Revit or AutoCAD, and must have used on live projects within the UK
- Be presentable and confident with both client and contractor-facing responsibilities
- Excellent English, both written and verbal + eligible to work in the UK.
