We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to support a learner on a 1 to 1 basis between 08:45- 12:00.Location: Cambourne, Cambridgeshire.Salary: £13.00 - £15.00 (inclusive of 12.07% holiday pay)Start Date: ASAPTeaching Assistant Key Responsibilities: Assist with day-to-day activities, promoting independence and positive behaviour. Implement and follow care plans tailored to each student's needs. Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare Support both the emotional and educational needs of learner. Collaborate closely with class teachers to ensure individualised learning and emotional support. Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment for all pupils.Teaching Assistant Requirements: Prior experience working with SEN is advantageous. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with school staff, parents, and carers. Certificates in supporting teaching and learning are beneficial.
