Building and nurturing trusted relationships with high value clients. - Expanding client relationships and increasing the value and scope of services offered. - Growing revenue within existing accounts through cross-selling and up-selling. - Leading the proposal process and presentations for high-value projects. - Overseeing and motivating a multidisciplinary project team. - Ensuring high standards of quality and excellent client service. - Managing the financial performance of all accounts within your remit. - Reviewing and signing off on project cost estimates. - Ensuring efficient resource allocation across accounts. - Your Skills and Experience** The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a lead EX Consultancy role. Advanced commercial acumen and budget management. - Building relationships and acting as a trusted advisor to Executive-level stakeholders. - Contributing creative ideas and strategic solutions. - Enjoy the thrill of working on impactful projects while having plenty of fun along the way.
