We are delighted to be recruiting a Restaurant Supervisor for this incredible visitor attraction on the outskirts of Brighton. As Restaurant Supervisor, you will support the Restaurant Manager in ensuring the highest service standards are delivered. You should have some previous experience at a Restaurant Supervisor or Assistant Manager level within a fast-paced restaurant environment. Most importantly, we are looking to speak to people with first-class interpersonal skills who are confident in customer and staff interactions
