Our salesforce administrators are critical to the success of our projects and retainer clients, especially smaller, less complicated ones. Role Description: You will manage and optimize our clients' Salesforce environments across the Salesforce portfolio, including Pardot, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Einstein, and CPQ. Your expertise will ensure our clients maximize their investment in Salesforce solutions, improve their business processes, and achieve their strategic goals. Responsibilities: Administer and maintain Salesforce platforms (Pardot, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Einstein, CPQ) for multiple clients. Support new client onboarding, including system configuration, data migration, and user training. Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and tailor Salesforce solutions to meet those requirements. Implement and manage Salesforce integrations with other systems. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements. Create and maintain detailed documentation of client configurations and customizations. Provide ongoing support and training to client users, ensuring they are proficient in utilizing Salesforce tools. Stay current with Salesforce updates and best practices, applying them to client environments. Requirements: 2 to 4+ years of experience Strong experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201 or equivalent). Strong background in automation and process improvement initiatives. Demonstrated ability to manage change and train users effectively. Familiarity with Saa S platforms and their integration with Salesforce and any marketing automation tool. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills, with proficiency in finding clever solutions to complex logistical issues. Enthusiasm and motivation to continue learning and growing your skill set and taking the initiative to go the extra mile whenever possible.
