Client Details As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in finding, attracting, and hiring exceptional legal professionals and support staff to help us grow and thrive. Working closely with hiring managers, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and delivering top talent to support our business needs. Description Key Responsibilities: Partner with key stakeholders to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. Manage full-cycle recruitment, from job postings and sourcing to interviewing and offer negotiations. Proactively source candidates using a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to ensure the firm's long-term hiring needs are met. Conduct initial screening interviews and collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth interview process. Champion the firm's employer brand, ensuring candidates have a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.Profile About You: Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within a professional services or legal environment. Strong understanding of the legal sector and the types of roles within law firms (preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Proficient in using recruitment software, job boards, and social media for sourcing candidates. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
