Responsibilities:Lead the management of the software component lifecycle, ensuring peak performance and reliability at every stage.Deliver exceptional support to internal trading teams and counterparties, addressing complex needs with precision and efficiency.Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail while overseeing production on equity trading platforms.Execute advanced troubleshooting to swiftly resolve issues and minimise downtime.Lead automation initiatives and solutions to drive operational excellence and scalability.Focus on high performance standards to achieve outstanding, reliable results.Requirements:7+ years of finance experience in a reliability/production engineering roleLifecycle management of software components, ensuring optimal performance and reliability from development through deployment. Strong proficiency in Python for automation, scripting, and system integration tasks.Experience with production on equity trading platformsEffective communication skills are essential.Advanced troubleshooting skills, swiftly identifying and resolving technical issues, minimising disruption, and maintaining system integrity.Proficient in Advanced LinuxDevOps approach, integrating development and operations to streamline workflows and enhance system reliability.
