White Space are glad to be working alongside a global architecture and interior design firm, in seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its expanding team in central London. With offices in key cities such as London, Dubai, New York and more, they’re known for their innovative approach to design, creating spaces that enhance brand-consumer connections. This position offers a unique opportunity to manage and oversee retail and hospitality projects as the company grows its new division.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management within the retail or hospitality sectors, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality, large-scale projects on time and within budget, especially within Europe. You will also play a crucial role in leading teams, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulations, making significant contributions to the success the practice’s growing service offering.
The following items are required for the role:
- Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale retail and hospitality projects simultaneously.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Experience with UK and European project delivery
- Proven leadership experience in multi-disciplinary teams
- Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Word, Excel).
- 5+ years of experience in construction project management, specifically within retail and hospitality.
- Degree in architecture, construction, or related field.
- Project Management certification (desirable).
- Full UK driving license and willingness to travel.
