Your Role: As the Network & Infrastructure Manager , you will: Lead the development and implementation of the cloud, infrastructure, and network roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Manage both cloud and on-premises environments , ensuring high availability, security, and performance for critical applications and data. Oversee the organization's networks , ensuring secure and reliable connectivity, optimal performance, and scalability across all sites. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions. Optimize network and cloud costs through automation and best practices, driving continuous improvement in both areas. Manage security and compliance across the cloud, infrastructure, and network, ensuring all systems meet regulatory standards. Lead and mentor a team of cloud, infrastructure, and network engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain uninterrupted service for critical applications. Report on infrastructure and network performance metrics to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for future enhancements. What You’ll Need: Expertise in network administration , including routing, switching, firewalls, and VPNs, as well as cloud network solutions. Proven experience in managing cloud-based (AWS, Azure, GCP), on-premises, and network infrastructure. Strong understanding of infrastructure automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or Chef. Experience with security best practices across cloud, infrastructure, and networks. A leadership mindset with excellent communication skills to work with technical teams and non-technical stakeholders. A track record of driving innovation and cost optimization across infrastructure and networks.
