HR Manager – Melton Mowbray - Up to £42,000 Manufacturing Are you in a Senior HR role and looking to take that next step towards managing a team?An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR professional to step up as an HR Manager in a leading manufacturing business focused on building products.Role Overview:The HR Manager will serve as the right-hand person to the HR Director, handling a variety of HR functions. This is a hands-on role that involves ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes across the site.Managing employee relations and providing guidance to managers and staff.Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.Day to day management of the HR team, coordinating and delivering training programs to support employee development.Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.Qualifications and Experience:Proven experience in a Senior HR role with some management/direct report responsibility, preferably within the manufacturing sector.Strong knowledge of UK employment laws and regulations.CIPD Level 5 Is preferred but not mandatory.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.If this strikes a chord with you and your CV is ready, then click apply now!
