Quantity Surveyor - Freelance

An exciting opportunity has presented itself for a Freelance Quantity Surveyor to join our clients project team in South East London. The project is a small rise RC Frame new build residential project. The role is to purely focus on project delivery with the project comprisiing of 80 apartments with a constrcution value of £15m You will need to have worked for a main contractor or a residential developer on new build residential project to be considered for this role. The role is to start immediately so you must be available either immediately or no more than a weeks notice
