Site Manager

I am currently looking for a Site Manager for a main contractor client who are refurbishing a live school in Southampton. My client are seeking someone with education refurbishment experience who can manage a site team including sub-contractors for a 4-5 month build programme. Candidates must possess SMSTS, CSCS & first aid as well as a DBS as minimum standard requirements to be considered. The initial work will be to complete flat pitched roofing refurbishment works to be completed by the end of the school holidays (this is close to completion already) before taking the rest of the project through to completion over the coming months.
