Nurse Assessor -Midlands

Elect Recruitment are recruiting for a Senior Nurse Assessor to work for an NHS Client based within the Midlands area. You will be responsible for facilitating multi-disciplinary assessments and child or young person continuing care reviews in line with standard operating policy and procedures. Co-ordinate and facilitate multi-disciplinary team meetings including the child/young person/parent/carer where appropriate to ensure robust processes are followed, providing an equitable decision regarding eligibility for continuing care. You will be responsible for children and young people's continuing care reviews and assessments of holistic nursing care needs for the child or young person who are to be placed or are currently in any primary/secondary care setting including social care and educational care setting. Experience and Knowledge of the Special Educational Needs and Disability code of Practice: 0 to 25 years (SEND) and child development, physical and behavioural issues 0-18 years for Continuing Care. To be considered for this role you are required to provide evidence of valid NMC registration, DBS on the Update Service, Full Immunisation history and provide references from Seniors/Managers covering 3 years. This position is starting ASAP for a duration of 6 months covering 37.5 hours per week and comes with a great pay of £1425.00 per week.
