NQ Competition Lawyer - TMT

Heriot Brown is working with a listed TMT business looking for a junior Competition Lawyer to join their legal team. Key Responsibilities: Advise on competition law issues, regulatory consultations, market investigations, and M&A. Support litigation and lead on low-to-medium complexity matters, partnering with senior lawyers on complex cases. Collaborate with the Regulatory Affairs team and work closely with Ofcom and other international regulators. Provide strategic legal advice on new products and services, helping to navigate compliance risks. Design and deliver training to business teams, developing best practices for competition and regulatory law. Role requirements: 0-3 PQE - experience in Competition law, a seat in your training contract is fine! Interest in working in the TMT space.
