As the Children's Home Manager, your responsibilities will include: •Establishing and developing a new, innovative children's residential service •Managing and nurturing a high-performing staff team •Setting and reviewing ambitious targets for the care team •Promoting collaborative practices with young people and their families •Ensuring the highest standards of care and well-being for the children in placement The ideal candidate will have: •A minimum of 2 years' experience in staff supervision and management •At least 2 years' relevant experience in residential childcare, ideally as a Deputy Manager •Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) and Level 5 Diploma in Residential Childcare •A full clean driving license •Proven ability to provide consistent, nurturing care to young people •Experience working with children displaying challenging behaviours •Flexibility to cover shifts as needed To apply, please contact Tom at (phone number removed) or click the 'Apply' button
