The role

There are two key parts to this role

  • Make sure our campaigns are delivered on budget and on time
  • Make our clients love us even more than they already do


Here’s what you’ll be doing day-to-day:

  • Act as the first point of contact for client questions and requests
  • Create timelines and project plans for client deliverables
  • Allocate work to billable colleagues and freelancers
  • Host regular campaign management calls with clients
  • Organise and present performance reports
  • Interpret performance metrics and offer suggestions
  • Ensure work is delivered on time and within budget
  • Onboard new accounts and train them on our systems and processes
  • Host strategy meetings with clients to pitch and agree on plans


Here’s what you’ll be measured on:

  • Client retention and NPS
  • Growth of client accounts
  • Preventing project overspend and scope creep


You’ll report to the Account Director.

What we’re looking for
  • Experience: 2 years or more B2B marketing experience 
  • Character: This is a client-facing role. You’ll need to be comfortable and confident running meetings, presenting and building relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Skills: A marketing qualification is good but not essential. You will need to be very comfortable using tools like Campaign Manager, Hubspot, Asana and Google Drive and have excellent written communication skills.
