Essentials: Proven track record in fragrance retail sales. Maximising retail sales and building strong relationships with customers and colleagues is essential. A quick learner, you will build a strong, comprehensive knowledge of the brand and products. You will be a motivational team player and deliver agreed sales KPIs. Personable and proactive, you will ensure that every customer is approached and assisted, ensuring increased sales and customer loyalty.
