Our client, a leading accountancy firm based in London's West End is looking to recruit an Outsourcing Manager.
The firm's Outsourcing Department provide outsourced accountancy services primarily to small-to-medium sized businesses and individuals. Clients also include UK subsidiaries of international companies. The department's work focuses primarily on bookkeeping, VAT and management accounting.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a varied portfolio of clients; each with unique requirements- Being jointly responsible for supervising a team of Bookkeepers- Overseeing bookkeeping for clients' entities; including: updating sales and purchase ledgers, reconciliation of bank transactions, processing expenses and updating journals- Overseeing the preparation of management accounts & VAT returns for your clients- Providing additional services including invoicing, credit control, cash flow forecasting and processing payment runs- Liaising with colleagues in other departments regarding the production of statutory accounts, tax returns and payroll for your clients- Client billing

To be considered for this position, you must:
- Have a minimum of 5 years experience at a UK accountancy firm- Be ACCA or ACCA qualified; candidates with extensive experience may also be considered- Have experience of acting as a main point of contact for clients- Be confortable working on various accountancy software packages; such as Xero, QuickBooks or Sage Line 50- Be able to commute to London at least twice a week
