Job Requirements / Description
FTC 12 months. Rare opportunity for a dedicated and versatile administration professional to join our HR team as an Eligibility & Compliance Administrator. The role is remote/home based with very occasional visits to Inverness.
The role is fast-paced and will involve plenty of variety, including:
Supporting our international recruitment campaign Checking all 18,000 Barchester employees have the right to work in the UK Ensuring all qualified staff are registered with the relevant regulatory bodies (eg. NMC, SSSC, HCPC) Assisting with visa renewals Developing a comprehensive understanding of recruitment and retention compliance

ABOUT YOU We are looking for an organised professional, with excellent interpersonal skills to join our established team. The ideal candidate will have the following skills/experience:
Minimum 1 years' experience working in a fast-paced administrative environment Proficient in Microsoft Office Pro-active, positive working style Ability to work to deadlines Administration qualification (desirable)
