Senior AWS Platform Engineer

Senior Platform Engineer AWS, GCP, CI/CD, Java, C#, Kotlin, Go, Python London – Hybrid My client is a fast-growing and multi-award winning renewable energy supplier – set up to provide customers with 100% renewable energy plus award winning customer service. Its because of this growth that they are looking to expand their Engineering team and hire a Senior Devops Engineer who will play a key role in designing & building their platform.! Must have software engineering experience/background in a languages such as Java, C#, Kotlin, Go Have experience mentoring/leading in DevOps teams Experience collaborating with product/software engineering teams and supporting on the delivery of code. Experience scripting in a language such a Python, Bash, or PowerShell Has worked in an environment with zero downtime deployments Experience with one or more of AWS, GCP, Azure Design and build the platform, leveraging modern DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Iac and Agile methodologies. Ensuring the availability, performance and readiness of our test and production environments to support our release aspirations Maintain and enhance our monitoring and observability stack, ensuring we can provide a real time view on availability and performance Base salary upto £80k plus Performance Bonus ~ Life Assurance 4x Base Salary ~ Bonus up to 10% Base Salary ~25 days holiday, plus bank holidays, and an extra day holiday for your birthday ~ Last Friday of each month nibbles and drinks in the office ~ Pension matching as part of auto-enrolment pension scheme
