This job listing is for an FM (Facilities Management) Electrical Manager in a hospital setting, located in Central London . It offers a salary between £70,000 - £75,000 and seeks an individual with experience managing Hard FM Services and maintaining Electrical Services. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Management : Manage an electrical team to provide round-the-clock service (24/7/365), ensuring both patient safety and an excellent environment for staff. Operations Oversight : Maintain operations of services for a hospital that caters for outpatients per day and includes departments such as A&E, maternity, NICU, oncology, and general surgery. Contract Management : Oversee the management, delivery, and quality control of the electrical Services contract, ensuring compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, and industry standards. Financial Accountability : Handle financial forecasting, reporting, cost management, and profit analysis. Compliance & Safety : Ensure adherence to relevant health, safety, and regulatory standards. Customer Relationships : Build and manage relationships with the NHS Trust and other key stakeholders, ensuring services meet or exceed expectations. Business Development : Drive sales with existing and new customers while ensuring compliance with performance targets. Reporting & CRM : Maintain accurate business information, lead updates, and performance data in the company CRM system. Qualifications & Experience: Essential : Electrical building services qualification . Strong computer literacy , especially in Excel, Word, Microsoft Dynamics , and collaboration platforms like Microsoft Teams and SharePoint . Proven experience in team management and interpersonal communication. IOSH Managing Safely certification. Previous experience within the NHS .
