Senior Quantity Surveyor - WaterJob DescriptionA leading infrastructure contractor is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Wakefield.The main objective of the role is to assist in the commercial delivery of a portfolio of works as part of a major regional water framework.Key duties will include:Overseeing the procurement and management of subcontractor applications and payments.Producing and presenting monthly CVRs, advising on commercial influences and changes required to ensure profit targets are met.Developing and implementing changes to process where needed to improve project performance.Negotiating effectively both internally and at client level.Managing early warning and compensation event processes. They are also keen to see experienced Quantity Surveyors looking for career progression.Minimum of 5+ years' commercial experience supporting the delivery of infrastructure or general civil engineering projects.Experience of and strong working understanding of NEC forms of contract.Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, subcontractors and clients.Relevant quantity surveying or commercial management degree desirable.Salary & BenefitsUp To £60,000Car / Car AllowanceFuel CardBonus (Discretional)HealthcarePension
