Key Responsibilities as a People Business Partner
- Responsible for supporting the delivery of people related policies and practices.
- Creating employee experience frameworks.
- Translate business requirements into tangible outcomes/initiatives.
- Coach managers on formulating effective goals, performance targets and development opportunities.
- Manage promotion and pay cycle processes.
Core experience, Qualifications, and Skills
- 5 years minimum generalist HR experience.
- Experience managing HR projects to tight budgets and strict deadlines.
- Level 5 CIPD
- Renumeration and reward experience.
- Experience creating employee experience frameworks.
