Venture Capital Associate

Our team leads investments in early- to mid-stage technology companies primarily focused on enterprise IT infrastructure and data science. We support a concentrated portfolio of businesses with capital, operational support, and strategic leadership. We care a lot about technical excellence and customer focus, and we partner with exceptional founders with vision and ambition. We believe in delivering results, building relationships, and remaining humble as we help our partners create successful and valuable businesses. You will work for the venture investment team of a long-term private investment firm. The team has a broad mandate and flexible capital but are focused on leading investment rounds in companies ranging from Seed to Series B. The Venture Capital Associate will be involved in aspects of the investment process, from market research, target analysis and investment evaluation, to portfolio company support, performance measurement and exits. The Venture Capital Associate will have a demonstrated passion for technology, experience investing, and an entrepreneurial spirit. An understanding of VC investments - experience (and a passion for) investing in early-stage technology companies ~ Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English ~ A natural networker with a broad network within the VC/tech ecosystem ~ Bachelor’s degree required. MBA or equivalent master’s degree positive but not required ~
