JOB DESCRIPTION:
2 Plasterer's are required for a Property Services company to cover responsive reapirs and maintenance on housing across Salford & Oldham. Our client is looking for experienced and hardworking Plasterer's to join the team. This a long term secure contract position with the view to going permanent. Opportunities of progression available.
This Plasterer role will working 8am - 4.30pm Monday - Friday (40 hours per week).
Daily responsibilities will include:
- Responsive repairs & maintenence from job list
- Patch plastering works throughout properties
- Carrying out work safely and efficiently
- Building relationships with customers on site
Requirements for the role
- CSCS Card
- Patch Plastering experience
- Driving License
On offer is a competitive hourly rate of 18.50 - 19.50 per hour. Any hours worked over 40 hours is paid at x1.5. Long term and opportunities to progress. My client is looking for someone to start as soon as possible.
