This is a fantastic chance to join a rapidly expanding team of motivated professionals and be a key part of an innovative organisation backed by a major global technology group.Why This Role Stands Out:Career Growth: Unlock excellent progression opportunities in a dynamic and engaging work environment.Comprehensive Training: Receive full training from highly experienced professionals.Supportive Team: Collaborate with global marketing, technical, and project management teams at the company’s UK HQ.Diverse Responsibilities: Enjoy a varied role that ranges from technical concept design to in-field support, ensuring no two days are alike.Key Responsibilities:- Provide pre-sales technical drawings and advice using SketchUp and other associated tools.- Assist with commissioning, installation, maintenance, and repairs across Europe.- Offer technical support to field queries and address client needs.- Participate in trade show preparation and setup within Europe.- Collaborate with technical support and sales teams for positive outcomes.- Support customer demonstrations and technical evaluations.- Stay updated on developments in the AV industry.- Liaise with HQ R&D and product teams to stay current with product advancements.- Maintain the service database post customer interaction.- Assist consultants with technical specifications and queries.Qualifications and Skills:- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.- Strong knowledge of IT hardware and network interfacing.- Proficiency in technical drawings and providing expert advice.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Customer-focused with an eye for detail.- Team player with the ability to build strong relationships.- Relevant technical qualifications preferred.- At least 5 years of experience in the AV industry.- Proficiency in Google SketchUp, with experience in other CAD tools being beneficial.- Proficient in MS Office.Mobility Requirements:- Willingness to travel across Europe as needed.- Valid driver’s license.- Valid passport and the ability to travel freely within the EU.This is an exciting role for a skilled and motivated professional looking to take on a challenging and rewarding position in the cutting-edge AV industry.
