  • Draft and review reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.
  • Liaise with external and internal stakeholders, including client directors and company officers.
  • Conduct investigations and manage case-related projects within set timelines.
  • Act as a deputy for Insolvency Practitioners when required.
  • Stay updated on legislative changes and implement necessary adjustments to systems and procedures.
  • Maintain and improve internal systems to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.

Skills and experience:

  • Insolvency Experience: Proven experience in a corporate insolvency role, ideally with hands-on knowledge of IPS Cloud (Insolvency Practitioners System) or similar software.
  • Case Management: Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively, particularly complex cases.
  • Compliance Knowledge: Strong understanding of statutory compliance requirements and experience ensuring cases meet these standards.
  • Report Writing: Excellent report writing skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise, and accurate documentation.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Proven ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders, including directors and external partners.

You may be the sort of person who is:

  • Proactive: You are forward-thinking and continuously seek ways to improve processes and anticipate challenges.
  • Analytical: You have a strong analytical mind and enjoy delving into details to solve complex problems.
  • Organised: You are highly organised, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines with precision.
  • Independent: You thrive when working independently, demonstrating initiative and self-motivation.
  • Adaptable: You handle change effectively, particularly in a dynamic work environment.
