Ideally, you should have previous experience working with Children or Young people, such as experience as a Care Assistant/Care Worker, Support Worker or within an SEN Classroom setting, however previous care experince is not always neccesary as our Registered General Nurses and In-House trainers will provide you with all the correct training and skills you will need to suceed and kickstart your career in the care industry!
