Senior Creative - Join a Leading Consumer PR Agency

Are you an experienced creative with a strong understanding of how to craft ideas that truly earn attention? Do you thrive on turning briefs into standout campaigns that deliver results? We’re looking for a Senior Creative to join the team at a renowned Consumer PR agency, known for its award-winning campaigns. This isn’t just a creative role; it’s an opportunity to own your ideas, independently pitch them, and guide them from concept to completion.


What You'll Do:

  • Own Your Ideas: You’ll be responsible for independently developing creative concepts, pitching them with confidence, and getting the team on board.
  • Write and Sell: Craft compelling decks that sell your ideas—focusing on creative storytelling and leaving the visual design to their in-house designers.
  • Campaign Ownership: You’ll oversee campaigns from start to finish, from managing briefs and production to delivering content and campaigns that the team makes to win awards.
  • Collaborate & Advise: Work closely with account teams and the rest of the creative team, including the creative director, to understand goals and bring your creative solutions to life. You’ll also mentor junior creatives, helping shape their ideas and grow their skills.
  • Strategic Thinking: Stay on top of industry trends, offer insights that elevate creative work, and ensure every idea is aligned with client objectives.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Earned Media Expertise: A deep understanding of earned media is essential. Ideally, you come from a PR or earned background.
  • Creative Leadership: Ability to pitch ideas and lead projects independently, while guiding a small creative team and working with production partners to bring your vision to life.
  • Strategic Mindset: Work hand-in-hand with their strategy team on new business, while providing creative insights that help win pitches.
  • Collaboration & Confidence: While you’ll have the support of a strategy director and the rest of the creative team, this company trusts its creatives to know when to bring them onboard. You’ll mix managing brainstorms for new business briefs, to grabbing a coffee with the creative director, to working independently, managing your own creative processes - whatever is required to get to the ideas… and then confidently pitching work both internally and to clients.
  • Campaign Execution: Oversee production, manage shoots, and work with their production coordinator to ensure everything runs smoothly.
