Our client is recruiting for a new Property Manager who will work closely with Residents’ Associations and Boards and have a portfolio of 7 residential properties located in central London and South West London. The role will be to manage all aspects of residential property management (legal, maintenance, repairs, major works, HR, financial, etc) to ensure that all buildings, clients, leaseholders and residents’ requirements and expectations are met. Weekly or fortnightly visits to each building are required. Property Manager Location: Office based in London SW6 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:30. Salary: £48,000 to £52,000 depending on experience. A non-contractual annual bonus based on performance and company profits offered annually. Contract: Permanent 20 days plus bank holidays
