This corporate solicitor will be joining the Cheltenham office and work with true experts in the corporate field.As the successful corporate solicitor, you will be working on a broad range of transactions for public and private companies, financial institutions, partnerships and some private individuals. You can expect to work on mergers & acquisitions, private equity, reorganisations, joint ventures and formation of investment funds.You will be able to show that you have corporate experience from a reputable corporate team.
