Service Delivery Lead

Job DescriptionAbout The RoleWe are recruiting for a Service Delivery Lead to join the team on a permanent basis, driving the success and performance of our customers and their applications and services, reporting into the Head of IT Service and Operations.As the Service Delivery Lead you will work closely with the wider IT team and the key business stakeholders to promote a centre of service excellence ensuring that internal customer requirements and service expectations are understood and delivered to time.Some of the key activities in this role will be planning, implementing and controlling the review of service provision as well as defining, negotiating and implementing service level agreements. You will be accountable for all change management activities including release and transition stage gates.
