Job Title: Customer Service/Logistics Representative


About the Role:

My client are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join there leading drinks company. In this role, you will be responsible for processing sales orders, maintaining up-to-date customer and product information in our ERP system, and handling customer service queries. You will also collaborate closely with our internal sales team to prioritize tasks and deliver exceptional service.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Process sales orders efficiently in the ERP system.
  • Keep customer and product information current within the ERP system.
  • Respond to and resolve customer service inquiries promptly.
  • Work alongside the internal sales team to manage and prioritize tasks effectively.


About You:

We are looking for someone who is quick to learn and eager to improve processes. A natural problem solver with strong communication skills, you’ll be comfortable working collaboratively within a team and building great relationships with both customers and colleagues across departments.


What They Offer:

  • Competitive salary: £30,000 - £36,000
  • 10% annual bonus (subject to business performance)
