Graphic Design and Digital Marketing Executive

Roles and Responsibilities Key objectives include: Developing and implementing compelling, intuitive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, drive traffic, generate leads, and increase conversions. Maintenance, development and optimization of the company website utilising Google Analytics and SEO. Editorial responsibility for website content and social media channels incl. LinkedIn and Facebook Creating high-quality, visually appealing, engaging content across all channels including video content. Keeping up to date with the latest trends/best practices in SEO and digital marketing. Planning, delivering, and evaluating marketing and PR campaigns across online and offline channels, using various metrics and reporting on performance. Driving strategy for lead generation through organic and paid media Working continuously to improve customer experience. Managing marketing inputs into all digital customer journeys to ensure the brand is professionally and consistently presented. Sourcing and creating image/video libraries for web and social use as well as case studies Working alongside the Marketing team to develop ideas and create both online and print marketing materials such as brochures,flyers, newsletters, and posters. Working closely with various front facing departments such as Sales, Customer Services, as well as Technical. Supporting Sales teams with activity/materials where appropriate. Supporting Marketing colleagues as required with other marketing projects such as exhibitions, and promotional events. Maintaining relationships with external partners. Providing regular reports on digital performance using analytic tools. Conducting market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness, and competition ventures. Key Competencies Degree in Marketing or Graphic Design 5+ years of relevant experience as Digital Marketing Executive or similar role Min 3-5 years experience in Graphic Design Highly skilled and creative portfolio of work across digital, print, and animation. Skills and experience in creative content writing for both web and print Working experience utilising social media platforms Excellent organisation skills with an ability to adapt and prioritise in a fast-paced environment. Passionate about marketing and able to articulate a vision for how campaigns can contribute to company success. Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices Strong analytical, communication and time-management skills Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong ability to focus on B2B customer/market and take initiative Ability to assimilate and promote technical products Enthusiastic and comfortable working on your own initiative Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work Strong creative thinking and creative flair High degree of accuracy and attention to detail Proficiency in website design and WordPress Excellent Graphic Design skills (proficiency in Adobe Creative suite incl. Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, ideally you have Adobe After Effects experience) Working knowledge of SEO tools and web analytics tools Experience with B2B social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns Experience of working with email marketing software and CRM platforms to build campaign audiences. Excellent team working skills and the ability to work cross-departmentally.
