We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Secondary Supply Teachers to provide high-quality cover across various subjects. About the Role: As a Secondary Supply Teacher, you will: Deliver engaging and effective lessons in the absence of the permanent class teacher. Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies. Follow lesson plans provided or adapt lessons as necessary to ensure continuity of learning. Engage and support students from diverse backgrounds to achieve their academic potential. Mark work as required and ensure clear communication with school staff. What We're Looking For: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience teaching in UK secondary schools across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (KS3/KS4). Flexibility and adaptability to work in a range of schools and subject areas. Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students effectively. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
