Senior Sous Chef Dubai Fine Dining Are you a talented Sous Chef / Senior Sous Chef looking for an exciting new challenge in Dubai? This stunning venue is seeking a creative and food focused Sous Chef / Senior Sous Chef to be part of a well established team, serving some of the best cuisine in Dubai. You will be creating fine British / French cuisine using only the best produce that is available in the U.A.E . To be considered for this role, you must have proven experience as a Senior Chef within fine dining establishments of a least a 1 Michelin Star. As Sous Chef / Senior Sous Chef you will be reporting the Head Chef leading this dynamic team and ensuring the consistency of delivering to a fine dining standard this restaurant is known for. You will also be responsible for all stock control, financial discipline within the kitchen, waste control as well as developing and motivating the brigade under your leadership. The salary is negotiable for the right candidate.
