Social Media & Marketing Coordinator | Music Industry
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience (£25-35k)
Location: Hertfordshire
Structure: Hybrid 1-2 days a week in the office (flexible)
We’re very excited to be on the hunt for a superstar Social Media & Marketing Coordinator for a fast-growing start-up in the music industry.
This role will involve taking full ownership of the company’s social media platforms and marketing efforts. You’ll be responsible for building their online presence, creating engaging content, and developing effective marketing strategies, while helping drive the next stage of their growth.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for live music events to grow with the company and make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage existing social media channels and expand to new platforms.
- Develop compelling video and visual content to boost engagement and brand awareness.
- Take full ownership of content creation, from initial brief to execution.
- Design and implement weekly marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Manage email and mailing lists.
- Attend live music events and festivals, capturing key moments and behind-the-scenes content.
- Ensure effective spending across campaigns adhering to advertising budgets.
- Plan and manage paid social media campaigns to drive engagement and growth.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to discuss plans, strategies, and results.
- Take briefs from the team and execute projects independently.
The Ideal Candidate?
- 1-2 years in social media management or marketing preferred.
- Business-minded and creative!
- Expertise in social platforms (including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
- Proven ability to create engaging video and visual content.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A genuine interest in live music, festivals, and the entertainment industry is essential.
