You will be in charge of the influencer campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and emerging social channels, analyzing performance data to optimize campaigns for maximum growth impact. **Key Responsibilities:** ? Build strong influencer relationships and negotiate directly or via agencies. ? Oversee influencer campaigns, from talent booking to content reviews and optimization. ? Analyze metrics like CAC, CCVLTV, and ROI to ensure campaign success. ? Research trends to drive innovative campaigns and growth opportunities. ? Collaborate across teams to deliver multi-channel campaigns. ? Manage budgets and contribute to core projects such as RevShare. ? Negotiate influencer rates and handle underperformance as needed. **Who You Are:** ? Experienced in performance marketing, with a focus on metrics-driven decisions. ? Experience with influencer partnerships, negotiations, and managing agencies preferred. ? Adaptable to trends, with a proven track record in influencer marketing. ?
