BTS offers precision manufacturing and supply of premium quality Facade and Rainscreen systems, including interlocking plank CWCT-tested rainscreen systems, architectural cladding, rainscreen facades, and rain-screen cladding systems across the UK. Responsibilities: * Perform precise TIG welding on aluminium materials to ensure strong, clean, and visually appealing welds. * Set up welding equipment, select appropriate filler materials, and adjust welding parameters for various aluminium materials. * Conduct visual and non-destructive inspections of welds to ensure adherence to quality standards. * Read and interpret technical blueprints, drawings, and specifications for accurate welding requirements. * Ensure compliance with safety protocols, guidelines, and regulations for a secure working environment. * Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow and project completion. * Identify opportunities for process improvements and share suggestions to enhance welding techniques. * Maintain accurate records of welding activities, project progress, and materials used. Skills & Experience: * TIG Welding experience (Desirable) * Time served or equivalent * Fabrication experience * Working with aluminium
