Caretaker

Caretaker Cantello Tayler Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Caretaker to join our client based in Englefield Green. The successful Caretaker will: Repair doors, windows, and general building installations (shelving, display boards, flat pack) Have basic plumbing and electrical skills (managing blockages, leaks, light bulbs, minor installation, and repair) Supervise contractors where in-house repairs are not possible Undertake cleaning requirements as directed Undertake the netting and cleaning of the site pools and water features Maintain then external furniture and play equipment Maintain the appearance of premise (pressure washing external areas, remove debris/leaves/foliage/bird waste etc) Ensure the Health and Safety regulations, policies and procedures are observed The successful Caretaker will have: Experience in maintenance roles, undertaking repairs and general DIY knowledge Experience of managing own workload and making operational decisions The physical capability required for lifting and manual labour Excellent interpersonal skills Good time management and organisational skills Willingness to work out-of-hours on an occasional basis and demonstrate flexibility around working hours during the summer and when the client is in residence Must hold a clean UK Driving Licence and be willing to work across other sites flexibly Additional details: Working hours: 8.00am - 5.00pm Working days: Normally Tuesday to Saturday with flexibility required during the summer months If this role is of interest to you, please click apply or contact one of our consultants in our Egham office
