Location: Southall (UB2) Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per year (dependant on experience) Shift: 4 on 4 off - Night Shift Industry: Export Warehouse (Aviation Security Knowledge Essential) Join one of the UK's leading logistics companies as a Warehouse Supervisor for our export facility. We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in aviation security to lead our night shift team on a 4 on, 4 off basis. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that all export operations meet the highest standards of safety, security, and efficiency. Your key responsibilities as a Warehouse Supervisor will include: Leading, motivating, and supporting the warehouse team to ensure efficient export processes and compliance with aviation security regulations. Conducting regular checks to ensure adherence to security protocols specific to the aviation industry. Overseeing the loading, unloading, and safe handling of goods to meet strict deadlines. Coordinating with other departments to resolve issues and ensure smooth operation across the warehouse. Ensuring all team members follow health, safety, and security guidelines.About You: Experience in the aviation industry with a strong understanding of security regulations. Proven track record in a supervisory role within a warehouse or logistics environment. Ability to work efficiently on a night shift and manage a rotating team schedule.
