Social Media Manager (Milton Keynes)

£26k-£34k salary depending on experience

As a Social Media Manager, you will report directly to the Creative Director, working closely to execute the creative vision, drive engagement, and grow our brand’s presence.

This is a unique opportunity for career progression, allowing you to directly influence the social strategy for Mindy Paul, a global entrepreneur, business coach, and CEO.

Our business is fast-paced, impactful, and unapologetically bold. With a social media following of 50,000+, we’re seeking a Social Media Manager who can amplify our presence and bring the brand to new heights.

Responsibilities:

• Report directly to the Creative Director to ensure creative alignment with the brand’s vision.
• Develop and manage social media content and engagement across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Create tailored content to the unique strengths of each platform and stay up-to-date on platform changes and trends to capitalise on new opportunities.
• Design social media assets including thumbnails, infographics, and other visual elements, adhering to brand guidelines using Canva or Adobe packages. You will have support from the Creative Director but must be comfortable designing independently.
• Read, analyse, and interpret post analytics to optimise strategies for maximum engagement and growth.
• Plan content calendars at least 30 days in advance, writing post copy that’s on-brand, bold, and impactful.
• Maintain a creative edge, tapping into social media trends and moments to keep the brand relevant and reactive.
• Engage daily with audiences on every platform, executing proactive community management.
• Weekly analysis and reporting on social channel traffic, growth, and performance to the Creative Director.
• Identify opportunities for growth, responding to trending moments and optimising content accordingly.
• Schedule and promote weekly podcast episodes on Spotify and iTunes (training provided).
• Actively contribute to brainstorming sessions with the Creative Director and the wider team, sharing innovative ideas.
