Key Responsibilities: * Full 360 Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and pre-screening candidates to onboarding them in their new roles. * Client Engagement: Meet with both existing and potential clients, providing a consultative service and developing strong professional relationships. * Network Building: Focus on expanding and nurturing your network of blue-collar construction professionals. * Relationship Management: Maintain and develop relationships with your client base and candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment journey.
