Job Requirements / Description
Our fantastic client based in Woking are seeking a temporary Customer Service Administrator to join the business for the next 3 months. This role would suit someone with previous office experience and a passion for customer service.
Duties:
Provide a first-class service to customers through face-to-face, email, and telephone contact
Ensure customer enquiries are responded to within timescales
Escalating queries to the relevant colleague or department as necessary
Accurately record customer contact information on the CRM system
Process customer applications within statutory timescales, liaising with relevant teams
Maintain the filing system
Assist the team with queries and complaints as needed
Provide administrative support to the team as requiredRequirements:
Excellent customer service skills
Experience handling calls from customers
Strong attention to detail
Able to multi-task effectively
