Schedule: Hybrid working (2 days in the office), 45 hour week

Remuneration: £40,000 - £60,000

The role of Estimator – Bespoke Joinery will involve:

• Estimator position dealing with a range of bespoke joinery and shop fit out projects for main contractors and high end users
• Review tender enquiries to determine scope of works and project deadlines
• Taking details from drawings to produce first principle cost estimates / BOQs allowing for a timely return of quotations for customer deadlines
• Keep good documentation of tenders and quotations on internal database
• Contact customers dealing with queries and providing additional technical information
• Establish and maintain relationships with contractors and suppliers
• Working on projects ranging in value from £10k to £300k

The ideal applicant will be an Estimator – Bespoke Joinery with

• Must have estimating experience within joinery / bespoke joinery / cabinet maker / bespoke furniture / shopfitting / joinery fit out market sectors
• Good technical knowledge and good understanding of industry processes, materials and costs
• Highly organised with good attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Good team player who also works well individually
