We have an exciting opportunity for a Store Supervisor to join and lead our New Sweaty Betty Store Opening - Westfield, London.


As a Supervisor in a Sweaty Betty store, you will support the team to live by the SB values and act as the go-to person in the absence of your manager. You are cool, calm and collected under pressure. Never be afraid to step in; you make it your priority to be a fountain of knowledge on products and standards.

Responsible to your core, you can be relied upon to assist with administrative and operational duties and general store security. As a lover of SB, you help to bring the brand to life and welcome the chance to spread your passion for the brand both inside your store and outside the community.

Please note: this role requires a commitment of contracted hours per week, including some weekdays and weekends. There may also be some evening work.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support the store management team in all aspects of running the store, including; opening and closing the store, cash-handling, stock control, merchandising and maintaining a clean and well-presented store, at all times
  • Act as a role model for the team by demonstrating a positive attitude and commitment to product knowledge
  • Ensure exceptional standards of customer service
  • Take ownership over stock management and executing visual merchandising guidelines, contributing towards and delivering on store KPIs
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, including health and safety regulations and inventory management
  • Drive the store’s success by being an ambassador and supporting local marketing efforts


Must Haves

  • Experience working in a customer-facing role
  • Flexible and adaptable, you are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident to take the initiative and handle situations as they arise
  • Passionate about developing yourself and others, whether inside or outside SB
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Effective relationship-builder
  • Flexibility to work on the weekend as well as on weekdays, evenings and holiday periods
