Head of FP&A

Our client, one of the UK’s largest and leading businesses within their particular field, currently has an excellent opportunity for an experienced senior FP&A professional to join them in an exciting role based at their offices in Bournemouth, Dorset. What will the Head of FP&A role involve? Reporting directly into the CFO and managing one direct report within FP&A. Management of all financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis for the group. Ownership and control of all financial data and MI across the group. Development of financial models and producing key information such as performance analysis, trends and KPIS with supporting commentary and recommendations. Production of a monthly draft Board Pack, extracting relevant data for the CFO. Working closely with management teams on ad hoc projects including all analytical support and what-if scenarios. Presenting financial information to senior management. Suitable Candidate for the Head of FP&A role: Fully CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualified. Experience within a senior Financial Planning & Analysis role. Business partnering experience. Excel Modelling skills. Additional benefits and information for the role of Head of FP&A: Competitive salary and benefits package.
