The ideal candidate will bring a balance of creativity, strategic thinking, and a passion for enhancing customer experiences through innovative solutions whilst keeping the customer at the forefront of all decisions.Key Responsibilities:Product Vision and Strategy: Create and execute a clear product roadmap that aligns with business objectives, focusing on long-term growth and customer satisfaction.Innovation Leadership: Foster a culture of creativity, encouraging the team to embrace innovation and challenge the status quo to deliver forward-thinking products.Customer Experience Focus: Lead efforts to improve customer journeys across all touchpoints, both digital and physical.
