We are actively seeking passionate individuals to join our team and contribute to a rewarding role in collaboration with a prominent school in Bristol 🏫 About the Role: As a dedicated Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing essential support to young people aged 4-19, with a focus on those with Special Educational Needs (SEN) or Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges. Your responsibilities will include offering 1:1 assistance in challenging lessons and providing support in small groups. 🤝 What We're Looking For: No prior experience in a school environment? No worries! We provide comprehensive training and guidance to kickstart your journey. All we require is a fantastic personality, confidence, excellent communication skills, tactfulness, empathy, and a positive attitude. 💼 Key Responsibilities: Academic support for students with SEN or SEMH 1:1 assistance in challenging lessons Group support in various academic settings Pastoral care, comfort, encouragement, and a listening ear ⏰ Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 3.30 pm. 💰 Remuneration: £85 per day for trainees Negotiable rate for experienced Teaching Assistants 🌈 Why Choose Tradewind Recruitment?
